Main Duties:

• Develop/manage technical marketing requirements in close collaboration with R&D, Product Marketing, Product Management and Sales/Business Development teams worldwide covering company¡¯s product portfolio of CDMA, WiMAX, LTE
• Responsible for product definition, roadmap development, and cross-functional team leadership to define and execute plans as well as resolve complex issues by closely co-working with multiple organizations within the company
• Apply technical knowledge in wireless communication and cellular technology such as RF, HW, SW, PHY, MAC, Infrastructure, Operator requirements, LTE, WiMAX, CDMA, GSM, 3GPP evolution, 3GPP2 evolution, PHY-layer, Application Layers, device ecosystem, infrastructure vendors, and operator requirements
• Gather customer requirements through onsite customers/partners visits, Marketing Exhibitions, and market research surveys to enhance existing products/product lines
• Provide marketing research, segmentation analysis, product positing, competitive analysis, including analysis of competitive companies, products and technologies, and develop attack/defend counter-positioning

Requirements:

• MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or foreign equivalent
