Main Duties:

• Package development (QFN, BGA, WLCSP, etc.)
• RF simulation / Inductor simulation for VCO
• Process control / yield control / instruction issues management
• New site development
• Technical support on subcons and problem lot disposition

Requirements:

• BS degree or above
• At least 5 years experience as a front-end assembly or package development engineer
• CAD and Allegro tool experience
• ANSOFT HFSS or other similar tool experience for RF simulation
• Fluency in English
